Is Healforce free to use?+
Yes. Browsing, matching, and booking are free. You only pay for sessions, and you can cancel without fees up to 6 hours before. Optional memberships unlock discounts and priority access.
How are practitioners verified?+
Every practitioner submits credentials, license, and insurance which we verify before they're listed. We also collect verified reviews from real bookings — no anonymous Yelp drive-bys.
What if I don't know what kind of healer I need?+
Tell us what you're feeling and we'll suggest modalities that have helped people with similar patterns. The Wisdom library also explains every modality in plain English.
Can I claim my sessions through insurance?+
Many modalities on Healforce — like registered massage therapy, naturopathy, and acupuncture — are covered by many extended health benefit plans. We auto-generate receipts with the practitioner's registration number and the details your insurer needs to submit a claim.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel up to 6 hours before your session — no fee, full refund. Inside 6 hours is at the practitioner's discretion. Members get more flexibility.
Is this only for people with chronic issues?+
